Risk Assessments and Return to Work Support

It can be a challenging problem for an employer or education provider to know how to respond reasonably when someone takes time off work with stress or other mental health problems. Supporting a person’s return to work/education and addressing any health needs can be tricky but with our support we can help you know how to appropriately handle any mental health needs with a risk assessment and return to work support. We are also able to help answer any questions on performance management, disciplinary issues or mental health legislation.

Policy development

All employers and education providers have a ‘duty of care’ to do all they reasonably can to support their employees’ health, safety and wellbeing. It is strongly recommended to put in place a mental health policy so that all management know what they are expected to do should they have any concerns about an employee or student. Wellbeing audits and gap-analysis
